All staff are CPR and First Aid certified and receive ongoing professional development in child safety, supervision, emergency preparedness, and best practices in early education. We believe high-quality care starts with highly trainededucators who are always growing in their knowledge and skills. Every classroom and common area features secure access control, monitored surveillance, and daily cleaning protocols. Families check in and out using Brightwheel, giving you peace of mind and full visibility into your child’s day. Outdoors, children enjoy newly updated, fenced-in playgrounds designed for fun and safe exploration.
Healthy & Nutrition
We promote lifelong wellness from the earliest years. Children receive balanced, age appropriate meals and snacks every day — all approved through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and regulated by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. We accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with care, and help children build healthy habits through daily routines.
Personalized Learning & Environments
We create classroom environments that support strong relationships, curiosity, and care. While maintaining licensed teacher-to-child ratios, our educators use a responsive and intentional approach to meet each child’s developmental needs. Our indoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity and discovery, while our outdoor areas promote movement, nature play, and social connection.

We know that great care supports the whole family. Tiny Steps offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, extended care options, and proudly accepts 4CS and other childcare assistance programs. We partner with families through real-time communication via Brightwheel, regular check-ins, and family-centered events — building a community that grows together.
